I had a very nice experience at Konrad Old Town Aparthotel. Everything was modern. - the location was particularly good, close to downtown Tartu. - the property is in the heart of the city.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room, great and awesome location. A handy kitchenette and large bathroom.

The hotel was stylish and fairly clean with amazing views to the whole town. Its location just a short walk away from Ahhaa Science Centre was super. This venue was located in a good area.

Its breakfast definitely should have been not included in rate.

Parking is not available at the hotel, which can be expensive if you are staying for more than one night. However, the on-street parking is a good option, just be prepared to spend extra money.
